Best boots of the season: Slushy sidewalks

Lets enjoy our dry sidewalks while we can because its only a matter of time before they get covered in slushy sludge. While hiring a driver for the months of December through March sounds like an ideal escape plan, a great pair of boots is a slightly more affordable option.

Both Florence and I are smitten with the offering over at Rockport this season. Wellies are great (and Im sporting some Joe Fresh ones today myself!) but sometimes, you just want something a little bit more grown-up. Enter these awesome waterproof riding boots. They dont come in a yellow rubber duckie print, and thats definitely a good thing!

And last but not least, an affordable rubber riding boot from Locale. It features a back zipper, perfect for those who struggle with getting into zipper-less boots (guilty as charged!).
